TippmannPros is not responsible for typographical errors. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. All unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund minus shipping and insurance. No returns on used merchandise. If we do get used/open merchandise returned there will be a minimum of 25% restock fee(Could be more, will be determined after looking at return). If you received free shipping the price of shipping will also be deducted from your refund, unless you are exchanging for something else then we won't deduct the shipping charge. All items carry manufacturer's warranty. Limited quantities on some items may require substitution. Prices subject to change. Check with local law enforcement regarding legality of paintball products in your area.

We are only a distributor for the paintball manufacturers like Tippmann, Empire Paintball, Valken, etc. We don't open the guns and test them to make sure they work, everything we sell is brand new factory sealed. If there is a warranty issue contact the manufacture, we won't take back any opened guns. If a chargeback is done on an issue with warranty(which is something we can't control since we are just a distributor) we will file with a collection agency against you.

Treatment of Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We currently have warehouse locations in Missouri.

Additional Points about the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement

These terms and conditions and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Missouri (without applying the State's conflict-of-law principles). TippmannPros reserves the right to bring any civil action in Missouri, arising from your violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. TippmannPros may modify these terms and conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding paragraphs.

Shipping to an address other than the billing address

To protect our customers against fraud, when a customer wants their paintball gear shipped to another address different from their billing address they must call their credit card customer service number(found on the back of the card) authorizing TippmannPros to ship to their shipping address. During checkout fill in the blank for credit card customer service phone number. We will then call your credit card phone number to make sure we are authorized to ship to your shipping address. Please have your order shipped to the billing address if you need it shipped out right away, this takes extra time to verify addresses and your order will be delayed.

Paying with Paypal - Ship to Confirmed Address Only

If you use Paypal to purchase your gear from TippmannPros, we will only ship to the Confirmed Address or if Paypal says it is ok to ship.

Global Orders

For Global you can use Paypal only if address is confirmed(Only Canada and UK Customers). We also accept wire transfer, the info is given to you during checkout when you click on wire transfer for payment. We also now accept global credit cards as long as they pass our fraud check program.
